1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the SnapTime service ("Service"), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the service. SnapTime reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
2. Service Description
SnapTime is a web application for time tracking and project management that allows:
- Tracking time spent on projects and tasks
- Managing projects and teams
- Generating reports and statistics
- Exporting data to various formats
- Notifications and reminders
3. Registration and Account
To use the service, you must register and create an account. You are required to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Not provide account access to third parties
- Immediately inform us of unauthorized account use
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Free and Paid Plans
Free Plan:
- Unlimited time tracking
- Unlimited projects
- Basic statistics
- Export to CSV and Excel
Paid Plans:
- Team Plan ($1.99/month) - team management, PDF exports
- Business Plan ($2.99/month) - custom branding, API
Prices are shown excluding taxes. Billing occurs monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan.
5. Permitted Use
You may use the service only for legal purposes in accordance with these terms:
- For tracking time on your own projects
- For managing teams and projects
- For generating reports and analyses
- In compliance with applicable laws and regulations
6. Prohibited Use
It is prohibited to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Violate the rights of third parties
- Attempt unauthorized access to the system
- Distribute malware or malicious code
- Disrupt the functionality of the service
- Abuse the service for spam or unsolicited messages
7. Intellectual Property
SnapTime and all service content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The owner is SnapTime or its providers.
User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it for providing the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
SnapTime provides the service "as is" without any warranties. We do not take responsibility for:
- Loss or damage of data
- Service interruption
- Inaccuracies in reports
- Damage caused by third parties
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.
9. Service Termination
You can terminate use of the service at any time by deleting your account. SnapTime may terminate the service in case of:
- Violation of these terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Illegal use
- Termination of service provision
After termination, we will delete your data within 30 days.
10. Terms Changes
We may change these terms at any time. We will inform you about significant changes by email or notification in the app. By continuing to use the service, you agree to the new terms.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved according to Czech law. Judicial jurisdiction belongs to the courts of the Czech Republic. Before filing a lawsuit, we will try to resolve the dispute out of court.
